The Story

The journey of The Canyon and our world of specialty coffee began when owners Matt and Kimberly went seeking the finest, richest coffee to serve to family and friends. We dreamed of creating an environment where great coffee and great food could come together and our philosophy of "seasons may change but we begin and end with family" would encompass all of our guests.

Today, a lot of people tell us we make the best coffee they have ever tasted and our family includes, students, artists, musicians, teacher and parents. In short, we have realized our dream of a place where we can cook for friends and family every day and live out a simple mission of "Serve Others, Make a Difference and Have FUN!"

With the partnership we have forged with our roasting partner, the world of global agriculture and the neighborhood cafe meet in The Canyon and our support of the One Harvest Project ensures that the growers in remote parts of the world not only reap the benefits of their labors but also improve the quality of life for their families and neighbors.
